Cole Law Partners Named Among the 2026 Best Places to Work for Law Firms

Cole Law Partners, P.C. has been named to the 2026 Best Places to Work: Law Firms list by Best Companies Group and BridgeTower Media. The recognition comes in the Boston firm’s first year.

The program evaluates participating law firms by looking at their workplace practices, programs and benefits and surveying employees about their experience. For Cole Law Partners, that employee perspective is especially meaningful. From the start, the firm set out to give people the trust and autonomy to take ownership of their work.
