Riley S. Odams

Riley Odams is a trial lawyer and business-minded counselor representing businesses and individuals in complex commercial litigation and disputes. With a deep understanding of complex commercial contracts, Riley understands and helps guide clients in balancing risks and benefits. Known for clear communication and disciplined execution, Riley helps clients protect key relationships and resolve disputes in a way that supports long-term business goals.

Prior to joining CLP, Riley practiced at an international law firm in Boston. Prior to law school, Riley worked in the United States and Afghanistan as a senior counterintelligence analyst for a private defense contractor, providing Special Operations intelligence assessments and briefing senior coalition military officers on counterintelligence threats. Riley also served in the Army National Guard as an intelligence analyst, training soldiers and providing analytical support for military operations.

When not practicing, Riley enjoys hiking, playing tennis, skiing, and exploring local bookstores.
